As we close out 2024, we’re reflecting on an amazing year of helping 61 families achieve their real estate goals in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Each sale represents a unique story—whether it was a family upsizing into their dream home, selling an inherited property during an emotional time, or finding a fresh start in a new chapter. These moments are at the heart of what we do, and we’re so proud to have been a part of each one.
This year was also one of incredible growth for The Rosaio Team. We expanded our staging inventory, allowing us to fully custom stage two homes at the same time. Staging continues to have a huge impact for our sellers, helping them transform their properties into showstoppers. The results speak for themselves, with more buyer interest, stronger offers, and quicker sales. 2024 was also filled with opportunities to connect and celebrate with our clients. We hosted some fantastic client events, starting the year with our first-ever estate planning seminar, which was such a success that we’re bringing it back in early 2025. From there, we had a blast with an 80’s-themed roller skating party, a backpack and school supply drive, a client photo event, and our annual Cookies with Santa celebration. These events remind us how much we value our clients and the relationships we’ve built, and we’re looking forward to hosting even more great events in the year ahead.
In addition to connecting in person, we made it a priority in 2024 to expand our video content. We're now posting multiple videos each week, including helpful real estate tips, behind-the-scenes glimpses into our work, and local Delaware content. It’s been an amazing way to engage with our audience and share our expertise and personality.
